In the app (fastest)
- With an account: Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Without an account: Profile → Privacy → Delete my data. This removes your reports, votes, points, nickname and business claims, and gives the app a new random ID.

What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted right away: your phone number, name, sign-ins on every phone, synced saved places (home, work, lists), your business claims with their contact details and photos, and your leaderboard nickname.
- Kept, without your name: traffic reports you posted while they are still useful on the map (they expire within hours to weeks), and anonymous traffic and checkpoint data, which were never linked to you.
- Crash reports have no identity and are deleted after 90 days. Server logs record only which address was requested, never your IP address or account, and rotate automatically.
